To add custom Notes & Terms for Export/Import documents, please follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Click on Document Settings.
Step 2: Scroll down - Add Notes and Terms.
Step 3: Select Export/Import from the dropdown
Step 4: Select create export/Import Notes
i am adding a note for export here and you can select either notes or terms basis your requirement
**Step 5: Add required notes and save
Note : To set the notes/terms as default, please enable to toggle as below:
