To add a specific percentage of additional charges applied to the order subtotal in online store, please follow the steps mentioned in the article below.
Step 1: Go to “Online store” section, click on the dropdown near “Refresh Orders” and select “Online Store Settings”.
Step 2: Under “Additional Charges”, click on “Add Custom Charge.”
Step 3: Please enter the “Charge Name”, select the “Default charge type” as “Percentage,” specify the percentage value, and then provide the “minimum order amount” >> click on “Save”
Now, if an order value is less than the specified minimum order amount, the mentioned percentage of additional charge will be added to the order subtotal in online store.
