How do I check API usage analytics?

To review your API usage analytics, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Analytics Page

  • Navigate to Settings > API & Webhooks > Analytics.
  • This page provides an overview of your API usage and request metrics.

Step 2: Select the Date Range

  • At the top of the Analytics page, choose the date range for which you want to view API usage.
  • You can select a predefined period (such as Today, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days) or specify a custom date range, depending on the available options.

Step 3: Review API Request Analytics

  • Select the API Call Requests view or the relevant request type.

  • Review the following details:

    • Request Status (for example, Success, Failed, or Pending)
    • Request Count to see the total number of API calls made during the selected period.

  • Use this information to monitor API activity, identify usage trends, and troubleshoot any failed requests.
