To add a new prefix to Delivery Challan on mobile, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: In the bottom tab, click on More >> Go to Document Settings
Step 2: Scroll Down >> Click on Default Delivery Challan Prefix >> Click on Add New
Step 3: Enter the new prefix >> You can set the prefix as default by enabling the set as default toggle >> Click on Save
