The error “Group name already exists” means that you’re trying to add a new Group, but there’s already a Group in the system with the same name.
To fix this:

Check for duplicates: Look if the Group you’re trying to add is already in the system.

Use different details: If it’s a different Group , try using a different name.

Update existing customer: If it’s the same Group, please edit their existing information instead of creating a new one.
