If you are creating an e-way bill for the inward transfer of goods, it is referred to as an **Inward E-Way Bill**.

You can generate an inward e-way bill by:

- Creating an e-way bill for a **Purchase Invoice** , or
- Creating an e-way bill for an **Inward Delivery Challan**
