# Payment has been recorded for customer, but invoice is showing as pending, how to make it as paid?

To Settle Invoice with the Advance Payment received from Customer, please follow the below given steps.  
​  
Click on sales \>\> Enter the invoice number in search box \>\> Click on Rupees symbol \>\> Select the option to settle from Advance Payments \>\> Update payment.
