# My turnover is 4.5cr or below, should i start creating E-invoice from now?

For a business with a **turnover of 4.5 crore or below,** E-invoicing is **not mandatory**. E-invoicing is **required** for businesses whose aggregate turnover **exceeds 5 crores**. Therefore, you do not need to start creating E-invoices unless your turnover exceeds this threshold.
