# I have added the payment to the ledger, but it's not displaying in the ledger

**1. It might be user had not applied correct “date filter”.**  
**We request you to please apply the “date filter” when you have recorded payment and check once.**

**2. It might be ledger is “not refreshed”.**  
**We request you to please “refresh” and check once.**
