# How to view and download customer ledger on the web?

**To view and download the customer ledger on web, refer to the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1:** Click on **Customers.** \>\> Search customer for which you want to view ledger. Now, click on **Customer Ledger**.

**Step 2:**  **This is how ledeger will look like:**

**Step 3:** Apply the date range \>\> Click on the **dropdown near View PDF** \>\> Click on **Excel/PDF** to download the ledger in the desired format
