# How to turn off the send invoice automatically on Email web?

To turn off the Invoices automatically on Email, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to **“Settings.”**

Step 2: Select **Preferences** under **General Settings** and select **Sales under Documents.**

Step 3: **“Turn off”** Send invoices automatically via Email and click on **Save Changes.**

This will disable invoices from being sent via email.
