# How to transfer the stock from one branch to another?

To transfer the stock of the product from one branch to another, please follow the steps below:

**Step 1: Go to "Inventory " and click on “Actions”.**  
**Next, select “Transfer Inventory”.**

**Step 2: Click on “+ Create Transfer”.**

**Step 3: Select “From warehouse and To warehouse”.**  
**Next, “Transfer request date”.**

**Step 4: Select the “Products” and Enter the “Quantity”.**

**Step 5: Click on “Transfer”.**

**Please note that once the transfer request is initiated, the stock out will happen in “From warehouse”.** This indicates that the stock has already been dispatched from Warehouse and is currently in transit.

**Once the transfer request is created, the user/admin of “To Warehouse” has to approve it. Only then the stock will be added to “To Warehouse”.**
