# How to show product description in the report

Please follow the steps below, to show the product description in the report.

**Step 1** : Go to **Reports**

**Step 2** : Click on **Bill-wise item reports** \>\> **Sales** \>\> Click on **Manage columns** \>\> Enable **Description** \>\> **Download**
