# How to show net balance on invoices in Swipe Mobile App?

To show net balance on invoices in Swipe Mobile App, Please follow the steps mentioned below.

**Step 1:** Please go to **“More”** section \>\> Click on **“Document Settings”**

**Step 2:** Click on **Show / Hide Details.**

Step 3: Scroll down \>\> Enable **“Show Net Balance”** toggle button \>\> click on **“Update Document Settings”.**

If **Show Net Balance** is enabled, only receivable balance (i.e customer is in debit and you have to collect the payment) will be shown in the invoice.
