# How to settle sales invoice with opening balance on mobile?

To settle the sales invoice with opening balance, Please follow the steps below:

**Step 1:** Go to **Bills**

**Step 2:**  **Select the bill**

**Step 3:** Click on **record payment**

**Step 4:** Click on **use advance payments to settle**

**Step 5:** Click on **record**

Once settled, this message will be visible and will also be reflected on the bill.
