# How to set terms as default for the Purchase Order in android?

**To set terms as default for Purchase Order, please follow the steps below.**

**STEP - 1 : Go to “More”, click on “Notes and Terms”**

**STEP - 2 : Click on “Terms” and Click on “Purchase Order”.**

**STEP - 3 : You can add new terms or click on the 3 dots to update the existing terms, enable the toggle button and click on update.**
