# How to set a default date filter for all documents in web?

To set a default date filter for all documents please follow the steps mentioned below.

**Step 1:** Please go to **sales** dashboard.

**Step 2:** Select the desired **date range** in the **date filter.**

The selected date range will be set as default for all documents.
