# How to Send the Pending Invoices Reminder to the Customers on Web?

**To Send the Pending Invoices Reminder to the Customer, Please Follow the below Mentioned Steps.**

**Step1-** Please go to **sales** section **\>\>** Click on **Invoices.**

**Step2-** Please click on the **Reminder** option (showing in front of pending Invoices)

**Step3-** After Clicking on that you will get an option to send **Reminder** on –

**SMS** , **WhatsApp** , and **Email**. You can choose accordingly.

**Please note that -** There are no **Credit Charges** applied to these reminders. You can send **unlimited** reminders by following these steps.
