# How to send sales order through WhatsApp / Email / SMS or link from web?

**To send sales order through WhatsApp / Email / SMS or link from web please follow the below mentioned steps:**

Step 1: Go to **Quotations** in your swipe application and click on **Sales order**.  
Step 2: Select the desired sales order and click on **Send**.  
Step 3: **Select Emai / WhatsApp / SMS or link**.

For example here we are selecting **SMS** , click on **Send SMS**.
