# How to send bill/Invoices automatically on Email?

To send bill/Invoices automatically on Email, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to **“Settings.”**

Step 2: Select **Preferences** under **General Settings** and select **Sales under Documents.**

Step 3: “Turn ON” Send invoices automatically via Email and click on **Save Changes.**

This will automatically send invoice via Email once created.  
**Note:**  
**1. 0.2 credits will be deducted from Swipe Wallet to send each invoices via Email.**  
**So, Swipe Wallet should have enough credits to send Email.**  
**2. The Email will be only delivered to the customer if the customer Email ID is added.**
