# How to send an invoice with the Brand name instead of the Company name via email on the web?

**To send an invoice with the Brand name instead of the Company name via email, please follow the steps below:**

**Step 1: Go to “Settings”.**

**Step 2: Click on “Preferences” and click on “Email”.**  
**Select “Brand Name” and click on “Save and Update”.**

**Please Note: Custom name will appear in the sender name and email subject.**
