# How to select the batches while creating the sales return on web?

To select the batches while creating the sales return on web please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Click on **Credit notes** under Sales.

Step 2: **Select the customer and products** required.

Step 3: Here **add quantity for the particular batch that you want to add in your sales return**.

Step 4: Click on **Save**.
