# How to search the invoice details with Item description on Web?

**To search the invoice using the descriptions added, please follow the steps mentioned below.**

If you’re already including names like “Naveen” in the item descriptions, you can simply search using:  
**Item: Naveen**

This will scan item-level details (like descriptions) and return only the matching invoices. No need to open each one manually.
