If the E-way bill is cancelled from the E-way bill portal and is still showing with “Success” status instead of “cancelled” on the Swipe app.
Then, follow the below process.
Step 1: Please go to the Swipe app.
Step 2: Go to Home and select the E-way bill section.
Step 3: Search the E-way that is still showing in “Success” after Cancelling.
Step 4: Click on 3 Horizontal dots and click on “Refresh status”.
This will fetch the active E-way bills from the portal and show the actual status of the E-way bill on Swipe.
