# How to record payment and settle multiple invoices of a customer?

To record payment and settle multiple invoices at a same time, please follow below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to **Customers** and click on **Ledger.**

Step 2: Click on **‘You got’** and add the **amount \>\>** Click on **Continue.**

Step 3: You can also **select invoices manually** \>\> Enter the Amount \>\> Click on the **record and settle** Option.
