# How to provide approval for the document created by the User?

To give approval for the document created by the user, please follow the steps mentioned below,

**Step 1.** Select **Sales** and click on **Waiting for Approval** , and click on **Review**.

**Step 2.** Click on **Approve** and also provide a confirmation by clicking on **Yes, Approve**.

Now refresh the page and you will be able to see the approved invoice on the sales dashboard.
