# How to provide all document visibility access to the user?

**Step 1: Go the “Invite Users”.**

**Step 2: Click on “Roles and Permissions” and click on “Edit”.**

\*\*Step 3: Click on **Documents** \>\> Enable **View All Documents.**  
**Next, click on “Edit role”.**
