# How to make credit Note/Sales Return in web?

**To make a credit note (sales return) please follow the below mentioned steps,**

**Step 1 –** Kindly go to **sales** section **\>\>** Click om **Credit Note**

**Step 2 –** Click on **create sales return/ credit Note**.

**Step 3 –** Select the customer (for whom you wanted to create the sales return/Credit note)

Select the Products **\>\>** Click on **Add to Bills**  **\>\>** Click on **save.**
