# How to give permission to user to create expenses on Web?

**To give permission to user to create expenses on Web, follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1:** Go the " **Invite Users".**

**Step 2:**  **All Users and Roles** \>\> Click on **“Roles and Permissions”** and click on **“Edit”.**

**Step 3:** Click on **Documents** \>\> Enable the **Expenses** option \>\> Click on **Edit Role.**
