# How to give journal access to the user on web?

**Step 1:** Go the "Invite **Users".**

**Step 2:**  **All Users and Roles** \>\> Click on **“Roles and Permissions”** and click on **“Edit”.**

**Step 3:** Click on **Payments & Banks** \>\> **Journals** \>\> Click on **Edit.**
