If you have marked your Shopify order status as Return instead of Cancel or any other status, you can enable the Auto Returns setting to automatically generate a credit note.
This feature is available in the Premium plan.
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings → More → Shopify.
Step 2: Enable Auto Returns and click Save Changes.
