# How to enable allow/disable negative quantity on Web?

To Enable allow negative quantity, please follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Go to Preferences under General Settings \>\> Go to Document \>\> Go to Sales \>\> **Negative Quantity** \>\> Enable/disable \>\> Save Changes
