# How to download user wise sales transaction report on Web?

**To download user wise sales transaction report, please follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1:** Click on **Reports** from the Home page.

**Step 2:** Click on **Transaction Reports** and select **Sales**.

**Step 3:** Click on **+ Filters** and select **Created By**

**Step 4:** Select the desired users and click on **Apply**

**Step 5:** To download the Report click on **Download** and select **Excel** or **PDF,** according to your requirement.
