# How to download user wise sale item profit and loss statement on mobile?

**To download user wise sale item profit and loss statement, please follow the steps mentioned below:**

**Step 1: Go to “Reports”**

Next, scroll down.

**Step 2: Click on “Profit and loss report” and select “Sale item profit and loss report”**

**Step 3: Click on “Manage Column Icon” and select “Created By”**

**Step 4: In Created By Column, Select the “User” and Click on “Apply”**

**Step 5: Apply the “Date Filter” and “Download”**
