# How to download transaction expense report on mobile?

To download transaction expense report on mobile, please follow the below steps:

Steps 1: Go to **Reports**.

Step 2: Click on **Expense under Transaction Reports**.

Step 3 : Select the **Date Range** \>\> Click on **Columns**.

Step 4: Add the **desired columns** \>\> Click on **Excel/PDF icon** to download the report.
