# How to download the Sundry debtors and creditors report in web?

**Sundry creditors** means entities or individuals to whom a company owes money for goods or services received. We would suggest you to download the **Purchase transaction report.**

**Sundry debtors** means entities or individuals who owe money to a company for goods or services provided. We would suggest you to download the **Sales transaction report.**

**To download the Sundry debtors and creditors report please follow below mentioned steps:**

Step 1: Please go to **Reports section.**

Step 2: Click on **Transaction Reports** and select **Sale and Purchase.**

Step 3: Select the **Date Range.**

Step 4: Click on **Manage columns** and select the field **Amount pending.**

Step 5: Click on **Download Option.**
