# How to download the sales report with username (created by)?

To download sales report with use name, please follow the steps mentioned below:

**Step 1.** Go to Reporst from Home page.

**Step 2.** Go to Transaction reports, and select sales, select the Date Range, Clck on Columns and select Created by.

**Step 3.** Click on Download and select Excel or PDF as per your requirment.
