# How to download sales report with item description?

To downlod Sales report with item description, please follow the steps mentioned below.

**Step 1 :** Go to **Reports.**

**Step 2 :** Go to **Bill wise item** Reports section, click on **Columns** then select Description and click on Excel/Pdf to dowload the Report.
