# How to download report for pending invoices of specific customer on web?

Please follow the below steps to download report for the pending invoices of a particular customer.  
​  
Step 1: Go to customers \>\> Select the customer \>\> Click on view ledger option  
​

Step 2: Select the date \>\> Select show pending option to see only pending invoices \>\> Click on view PDF to download in PDF\>\> Click on dropdown button.

Step 3: Click on download Excel to download the report.
