# How to download payment timeline reports on Web?

To download payment timeline in reports, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to **Reports.**

Step 2: Click on **Payment Timeline under Payment Reports** , Select **date range \>\>** click on **Manage Columns** if requried addtional columns.

Step - 3 : You can search the amount or party from the **Search bar** or you click on **Filters** for more search options.

Step - 4 : Click on **Downlaod** to download the file in **Excel on Pdf** format.
