# How to download multiple invoices at once on web?

To download multiple invoices at once, please follow the steps mentioned below,

**Step 1:** Please go to Sales dashboard \>\> Click on **“Actions”** \>\> Click on **“Bulk Actions”.**

**Step 2:** Select the invoices you want to download and click on **“Download PDF”** option.

**Step 3:** Click on **“OK”** to download the selected PDFs.

Please note that the selected documents will be downloaded as a **Zip file** and will be stored in **More dropdown \>\> My Drive \>\> Downloads**.

**Step 4:** To download it to the system you can **double click on the file** and it will be downloaded to the system.
