# How to download customer detail in Excel/PDF on web?

To download customer details, please follow the steps mentioned below.

**Step 1:** Click on **customers** \>\> click on **Actions** \>\> click on download as **Excel** /download as **PDF**

If you’re trying to download the customer details with their billing/shipping addresses, we request you to download customer details in **Excel format.**
