# How to download all the vendor reports in web?

**To download all the vendors reports in web, please follow the below mentioned steps,**

**Step 1 -** Kindly go to reports section.

**Step 2 -** Kindly click on **party reports** \>\> Click on **all vendors** \>\> Click on Filter and select the option according to your preference.

**Step - 3 :** Click on **column** \>\> Select the data as per your requirements

**Step - 4:** Click on Downlaod to download the file in **Excel/PDF** format.

**Note -** Currently it is not possible at the moment to download all the vendors statement with a particular date filter. We would request you to please check the vendor statement.
