# How to disable the option that automatically shares the invoices on WhatsApp as soon as they are created?

**To stop sending invoices automatically on WhatsApp the moment they are created, follow the below mentioned steps.**

**Step 1: Go to “Settings”.**

**Step 2: Click on “Preferences” \>\> “Document” \>\> “Sales”.**

**Step 3: Scroll down \>\> “Disable the toggle for Send Invoices on WhatsApp Automatically” \>\> Click on “Save Changes”.**
