# How to disable ‘cash on delivery’ in an online store on web?

To disable the “Cash on Delivery” option in an online store on web, please follow the steps given below:

**Step 1:** Click on “Online store” \>\> Click on drop down under refresh orders \>\> Select online store settings

**Step 2:** Under “online store settings” disable the “Accept cash on delivery” \>\> click “Save & Update”
