# How to delete data and restart in Swipe platform?

To delete data and restart in Swipe platform, please follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Click on **User profile** and click on **Want to reset account.**

Step 3: **CheckIn the box** to confirm reset and **Enter Organization name.**

Now, Reques **t OTP \>\> Enter OTP \>\> Submit.**

Please note that If you reset your account, all of your data will be permanently removed and cannot be retrieved.
