# How to delete a Journal category?

**To delete a Journal category, follow the below mentioned steps:**

**Step 1:** Go to **Payments** \>\> Click on **Journals.**

**Step 2:** Click on **Journal Categories.**

**Step 3:** Click on **Delete.**
