# How to create purchase return for a product with serial number on mobile?

**To create purchase return for a product with serial number on mobile please follow the below steps:**

Step 1: Click on **Bills** in your swipe application

Step 2: Select **More** and click on **Credit Notes** to create purchase return.

Step 3: **Add the customer and product** in your credit note.

Step 4: While adding product, select the serial number of product that you want to create purchase return for by clicking on **+**.

Step 5: After adding all the required details for your credit note click on **Create**.
