# How to create a Sales Return/Credit note in web?

To create a Sales Return/Credit note in web, please follow below mentioned steps:

Step 1: **Sales return/Credit note** , please go to **Sales** \>\> **Credit Notes** \>\> Click on **+Create Sales return/Credit note**.

Step 2: Enter the **necessary details \>\> Save.**
