# How to check which user has cancelled the purchase invoice?

**To check which user has cancelled the purchase invoice, please follow the steps below:**

**Step 1: Go to “Purchase” and click on “Cancelled”**

**Step 2: Tap anywhere within the “Purchase Row”**

**Step 3: Click on “Activity”**

**Step 4: Check “Cancelled By”**
